Check your Lazy Susan cabinet frame and see if the cabinet face is beveled to clear the door when it closes. Second check the cabinet face and see if an additional thickness of board has been added to stiffen the door. If either of these items exist, the lock will not install properly and we suggest using the Locking Strap product shown below.
